That's an interesting observation, and there is no better information than direct observation imho. Still, when I'm facing a charging buffalo or elephant and I"ve got one shot to pull it off, I'm sticking with a Barnes product. It won't be a Grendel (although a large number of Ele have been havested with accurate 6.5 x 55 Swedish Mauser, I don't recommend it for us newbies, and we're all newbies there) as that caliber would not be allowed in some of the countries I've been. With that said, I don't want to face a mad hog without something in which I have confidence. Your information would improve that confidence. Thank God that I can live in a country where I can choose to shoot my Grendel.
