All my ARs wear YHM risers and Burris Signature Zee rings. They may not make you look paramilitary, but they work well for me. I like a good cheek weld on an A2 stock and if the scope does not line up vertically with my eye, I can switch to a different height ring. I don't hunch up on the gun, so I've never needed a forward rake from the rings since I use a recoil pad due to heavy calibers.
