Burris Signature series rings. They have eccentrics available in 0,5,10,20 MOA. You can dial up to 40MOA just in the rings and correct for slight misalignments in the barrel/receiver connection. The eccentrics are plastic as well and protect the scope finish from getting marred by the rings.
Try to not use a riser mount if you can get away with it and shoot comfortably that way. Otherwise, I use a 30MOA 3/4" riser on one of my AR's and dial 10 minutes out of that with the burris rings. Brownells carries the 30MOA riser. Everyone sells the Burris rings. You'll want the Zee ring from them for picatinny mount.
