I think both I and jwilson1985 do it. I had one of my uppers that I was looking over in bright light to ensure I had 100% coverage of the part, when I dropped it on the cement. It picked up dirt particles, sand, and other debris. I had to brush off as much of that as I could, bake it, and grind down the smudges, then coat and bake again. This is not your typical Duracoat or PTFE-based paints with epoxy hardener. It is literally a ceramic mud at a microscopic level that is mixed with a hardener, then baked-on for 2 hours. It is extremely difficult to remove with grinding or wire brush wheels, and just kinda polishes over if you don't use something aggressive.
