If your barrel is not pinned and have no other compelling reason to avoid an adjustable gas block, it would likely be less hassle to go that way than to go with an adjustable gas key. I'm not saying anything negative about them, but it's just my opinion that they really come into their own in the "near SBR" market where barrels are often pinned, or where getting to the gas block is problematic due to mutually incompatible designs (tubes which don't allow access to the adjustment screws).
