Greetings all First post here from a Grendel aficionado and soon to be shooter of same.
I admired the cartridge for a while, but stuck to the 5.56 in previous builds. Now I am stepping up to the Grendel.
I have an 18 inch BHW barrel on order from Precision largely based on the great feedback posted here. Plans are for carbine adjustable stock and unsuppressed shooting.
What Id like to know is will a standard gas block and carbine buffer suffice or should I get a heaver buffer and or/and adjustable gas block now?
Just looking to keep it simple and have it running the first time around. Any other Grendel specific build tips are appreciated.
