Are you using reloads???
I had the same problem with my liberty barrel when I first started reloading for my Grendel. It fired AA and Wolf with no issues, but my reloads weren't letting the bolt lock. It turns out that I was using an RCBS shell holder along with my Redding dies. It appeared that the RCBS shell holder was a little too thick. It wasn't allowing the sizing die to come down far enough and wasn't resizing the last little bit of case. This was making the brass stick in the chamber. I took that RCBS shell holder and sanded off a couple thousands from the top of the shell holder. Now, my sizing die goes all the way down the case and I haven't had a chambering problem since. The only other problem I had was a couple round were just a little too long and would stick in the lands. But, that was a simple enough fix.
So, take some calipers and check the diameter of the bottom of your case and make sure it isn't a little too fat.
But, a wilson guage would be an even better route. If they fit the guage, there shouldn't be any chambering issues.
