What am I missing here? Higher lethality? Is a 6.5 bullet less lethal than 7.62? Why not just go to a 6.5 full-power cartridge (performance akin to the .260 or 6.5 Creedmoor) to take advantage of increased speed and BC and drop the .30 cal altogether?
