His electronic devices were wiped clean before they were given back to his family, and his personal handguns were never returned to the family. No warrants or legal documents were submitted in order for his home to be searched, and the whole thing is odd, since he was a victim while on duty on the border, so his home should not have been the target of a ransacking by Federal agents.
His brother and sister recently revealed that he had filed two complaints with the union before he was killed, and the complaints were not related to normal administrative US Customs and Border Patrol issues. Anonymous BP agents revealed this to his family, who were not permitted into the court proceedings with one of the suspects. Neither were journalists.
Keep in mind that there was at least one DOJ/FBI informant among the rip crew who murdered Brian Terry. It's starting to look even worse than what the case already is with the gun-walking, that Brian Terry may have been targeted after attempting to blow the whistle on this monstrous abortion.
