I've done many of them. If you ever get a hardon to hunt in California, LMK. I know where to find the blacktail deer, bear, quail. Hunting here is HARD hunting with hours and hours of walking up some serious hills. No sit hunts and no wusses. We can trade GPS coords, come out and hunt with me, whatever gets your little cars going round and round. NOTE: I only hunt public land in pretty remote spots. I'm always looking for deer, pig and pheasant hunts on public or private land elsewhere. We have awesome duck hunting here.
My offer goes for anyone that'll be respectful of the dirt. I provide precise camp sites, hunt routes, honey holes, etc. I do NOT insist on being there since it's public land so you're free to enjoy it any time you come out.
Deer season opens 3rd weekend in september and goes till end of october. Bear season opens with deer and runs till a specific number have been taken.
