There were a series of complaints about Todd Jones' violation of the Federal Whistle-Blower Protection act, after he made an ATF-wide video telling everyone to stay in-line and use the chain of command when filing complaints (i.e., don't file a complaint if you want to keep your career).
The fact that internal ATF and DOJ emails show that they had planned the M855 ban in advance and indicated they were going to ignore the citizen response procedures set by Congress doesn't help either.
