I wonder when Senator Manchin will support legislation for receiving proper education and licensing for freedom of speech, religion, and the right to refuse quarter.
Maybe we need training and licensing on how to not incriminate ourselves when being questioned? It's only common sense, and we're not really infringing on people's rights by requiring them to get properly trained according to government standards on how to use their rights covered in the Bill of Rights.
