Slings and magazines for hunting

Stan When I was looking for a sling I found this( http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_19/252462...rning.html ). So I decided to build one myself. But I could not find all the parts locally but at a local surplus store they had one like it for less than 15 bucks. I like the way it keeps the rifle comfortably well supported and in the ready position. As for magazines I bought a 2 C-Products 5 round and 2 10 round, depending how the laws are writen you could make a plug that blocks the follower from allowing more than 5 rounds. But in Maine the law says that it needs to be permanently blocked.
