Thanks for the info adamjp. I did not know that they were modeled after the Sako 579, which makes me want one even more now. The Finns make rifles square and true because it just doesn't make sense to them to allow a rifle to leave the factory screwed up like many other rifles, and the Japanese know how to recognize quality production when they see it, then tweak it so they can get more volume. They really learned a lot about reducing production variance margins from Deming when his ideas were rejected by GM in the US, so he took them to the Japanese.
