Thanks but I have already ordered my reamer from midway, 264 lbc.
I plan on 3 grendels so want to stay conventional as my boys probably wont reload in the future.
Received the 6.5 x 39 today with some fired brass and reloads.
just for amusement I did a water capacity test on a fired round 6.5x39 and a new piece of grendel brass.
6.5x39=32.6 gns
grendel=34.7gns
Also pulled a reload and measured 24.5 gns of adi 2207.
Since adi has a max load of 25.5 gns of 2207 for the grendel I thought this was a warm load with flattened primers on the spent brass, this also could be because the rifle is suppressed.
I noticed this on my mini 30 when I shortened the barrel and suppressed it, got a stuck case on the fifth firing, never had this before when it wasn't suppressed.
The zastava mini Mauser is a neat little rifle, 2.5 kg with suppressor off.No scope
When the reamer arrives I think I will change it to grendel.
