The broken bolt issue doesn't seem to be a problem so long as you start with a good bolt and don't try to push the limit I have only heard of 2-3 bolts breaking with factory ammo so call those lemons and the vast majority of broken bolts seem to be caused by hot loads all semiautos are prone to wear and tear just using a powder operating on the slow side for a cartridge can destroy a gun in fast order by keeping the pressure high at the gas port
