Lefthand or ambidextrous side charging receiver with left side ejection

Just curious, if building a lefthand ejection AR, would the barrel extension have to be lefthand or ambidextrous as well for proper bolt lock up ? Does anyone make a lefthand Grendel bolt and if needed a lefthand barrel extension ?

call me at Quality Arms we make lefty bolts and Ambi uppers the onlycompany to do so. No such thing as a left hand barrel extension they are all ambidextrous

I have used Quality Arms Left Grendel Bolts in my uppers and the work flawlessly. No need to wait on Colt.
