When I start seeing some names of these 'high ranking US Government Officials', 'high ranking Counter-terror Officials', and filmed clips of them saying this guy is a terrorist agent of some sort, then I will believe it. Hannity or Beck saying they heard it from a source is no more believable than those who think every negative thing in this country is a US Government conspiracy.

And, for those who honestly believe the US Government is capable of enforcing Martial Law on the entire country, you best look at how many LEA and Gaurdsmen it took to cordon off four city blocks within a absolutely massively huge urban area. And, the guy wasn't even in their cordon!

The miranda rights thing is a little troubling. I knoow the reason is so he doesn't lawyer up and not talk about anything, this is partially why I wish he would've taken out. Now this will be a drawn out trial and the media will start to analyze his life and become sympathetic saying the brother directed him in this path and the influence he had on his life. I don't think he will provide any useful information if this is part of a larger act or supported by a particiular group. This is going to get ugly and I think we are going to be disappointed in the outcome.

I'm not concerned at all. They may lose self incriminating evidence but there is plenty of evidence to convict him without his own testimony. The intel gained for potential co-conspirators outweighs his own testimony. Heck, I keep seeing new pictures of the pair on the streets of Boston in commission of their dastardly deed.

Acquired the weapons?...they are homemade weapons (at least the bombs) that aren't difficult if you have some basic knowledge. You can search the internet for such instructions (but be prepared for a visit from your local FBI agent).

I know there is talk of holding him (suspect #2) as an enemy combatant, but I would have a problem with that unless there is evidence that he was acting on instructions from some al Qaeda cell. Like it or not, he is an American citizen who committed an act of terror on American soil. I say try the bastard in civilian court on charges that would include treason and execute him as an example (which is what should have happened to Johnny "Taliban" Walker Lindh).

He was in a fire fight with Americans...now he is in prison preaching radical islam and radicalizing converts. He gets out in approx 6 years. Better to have been rid of him. A long stay on death row first is fine with me.

I don't want Tsarnaev in prison doing the same gig as Johnny Taliban...radicalizing other inmates and generally causing problems in prison due to liberal judge rulings of prisoners' rights.

For example, you spelled America wrong. It is spelled with a 'c', not a 'k'. The reason I mention this is because the radical leftists of the 60's and 70's always spelled America with a 'k'. I believe Hitler's personal aircraft was named 'Amerika' as well, but he changed it when we went to war. I'm interested in who John King was referring to when CCN announced that an arrest had been made. So far, I've heard the following explanations:

1) An arrest was made and reported by CNN, but it was mistaken, and someone just accidentally passed word to CNN that an arrest had been made. FBI scolds media, nothing to see:

2) It's a white male, right-wing extremist who is a member of the Tea Party, and did this to protest paying taxes, as well as the Federal assault on Waco, even though the date is off.



3) Saudi National is then somehow involved as reported by Rupert Murdoch's FoxNews, unscheduled emergency deportation agreement made with Saudi Foreign Minister and White House, the man in question, Alharbi, is soon to be deported and the status of his deportation is classified as a National Security affair, not for public consumption. When asked about this, political appointee, Janet Napolitano says the idea is so filled with misrepresentations of facts, she won't even entertain it with an answer during the Congressional hearings where she begs for more budget this week.



4) No, it's not a Saudi suspect, it's some Chechen brothers who were born in Kyrgyzstan, then emigrated to the US as refugees after spending some time in Dagestan. Manhunt ensues, lots of shooting and targeting of security guard, bombs thrown, one suspect gunned down, the other caught in a boat, sheeplegasm erupts in slavish worship of the police.



5) Don't believe the assortment of gubm't-approved messages? Alex Jones claims a team of "black operatives" wearing Chris Kyle hats, 5.11 pants, and black backpacks are really the ones who planted the bombs as a false flag to get more control. They didn't even have the decency to wear disguises, they are that bad:



Some folks even think that device in the one black operative's hand is the remote detonator.

North Korea also was able to launch their missile under all the confusion, and make it land on the fertilizer plant in Texas. I gotta tell you, journalism is dead, and raw information saturation combined with knee-jerk theories is alive and well.

I'm assuming he did it for the same reason we commonly spell california with a k. The state has been transformed to a virtual communist state by the American standard of liberty. The country is well on its way to that. If your watching the same events I've been watching recently the radicals of the 60s and 70s are well on their way to accomplishing their goals, because to many Americans have turned a blind eye to the tyrannical actions of our government.
