There are plenty of .308 AR's. That's one of the fastest-growing market segments in the self-defense rifle arena. Remington also sells the R-25 primarily as a hunting rifle, after they were lumped in with the Freedom Group along with DPMS, Bushmaster, Marlin, Cobb, Barnes, etc.

i know about the 308 AR.... before" i sold them " last week i had 2 of them... Sr-25s. but the ones in the news are usually 223.

DavidJ - Noticed that after the fact. This bill is a couple of years old and hasn't moved. Could it pick up steam after all the libs cry to their federal overlords? Possible. Not probable, but one never knows. Still, we should be quite sensitive to these matters as any bill(s) even similar to this is a threat to our Republic and (obviously) infringe on our right to bear arms.
