As seen on infowars.com NY Prick Andrew Cuomo says the state of NY is serious about gun confiscation. He told a Albany radio station he plans to propose a package of draconian legislation during his upcoming State address to the citizens of NYC.
Why would anybody want to live in this morally corrupt nut case city?

The Journal News used the freedom of information act and outed all CCW permit owners last week on their website, names addresses the whole nine yards. Their intent was to put them in the same category as child molesters according to the article, now im not sure about the rest of you but being put in the same category as a child molester really chaffes me the wrong way.

I think it is outrageous...but I'm not sure what the NY laws say about privacy of that information.

Texas publishes statistics on convictions of CHL holders versus the rest of the population...I wonder if NY does the same?

As an LEO I am always more comfortable contacting a CCW holder that respectfully informed me that they were legally armed than some hook that I just assumed was armed. At lease I was fairly confident that the CCW was a upstanding citizen and was not going to do anything to promote an armed confrontation with me.
