I was told by a reputible person that the leade section shouldnt have that land there and it was more than likely because the barrel was run out on the outside of the barrel instead of the lands or maybe the barrel shifted when the chamber was being machined either way I should send it back

He mentioned that the accuracy is more than likely effected because the chamber is not concentric to the bore
