Can I seat the TTSX bullet OAL to 2.260 instead of 2.235?

probably. where is it at in relation to the lands? as far as charge weight, all things being equal you will have less pressure at 2.260 vs 2.235 (as long as you arent jamming the lands.)

I'm not at the lands even at 2.350 with the Hornady 123 ELD's...
These will be used in a semi auto AR...

I would check the depth to the lands there are different ogive shapes. Different bullet different construction. Pretty sure your good but best to check and be sure.

There's 0.11 difference between the 123 ELD ogive 120 TTSX so I'll stick with 2.235...
