Solid members with solid info on this forum. Id like to add to the info on this site with what worked for me. 18 heavy fluted Faxon set up with full capacity E mags. I did need to bend up the mag feed (increased the bullet tip angle up in mag), to help the bullet feed to barrel. I did not polish the barrel extension feed but that was plan b. The 123 grain Hornady SST feeds the best and under one MOA. I run suppressed with OSS TI can, Sprinco red spring, SupArms adj gas block, CMC 2.5 lb trigger, and Leupold optics.

Is it possible for you to show a picture of exactly how or what you did to the mag?
I have one ASC mag that refuses to feed. The bolt does not strip a round from the mag no matter how I try to do it. I have 2 other ASC mags that feed perfectly and comparing the three mags side-by-side, I can't see any difference.

One item with these is the rough condition of new lips causing excessive drag. On some new ones, you will want to take something like a wolf steel casing and aggressively rub the inside contact point of the feed lips of a disassembled mag, to smooth that. And then fire a few mags of such to help break in. Maybe not necessary, but that's what I do.
FWIW, I have no issues with Elanders. I run Anderson lower.

Grey Ghost Precision upper and lower on both Grendels I have. I def hand cycled rounds to check for any snag points and smoothness and then use the mags to prove them out.
Just get C-Products Defense/Duramag. I actually threw all my E-Landers away. Life's too short to mess with subpar mags that you have to mess with to get working well.
