Aa barrels

anybody heard anything on a ship date fro there 24 inch barrels.
had mine on order since january im sure it will be worth the wait tho

It took several months to get my 24" in and yes, well worth the wait. Definitely a tack driver.

well im glad to hear they are worth the wait i have all the parts besides the barrel and scope i guess vortex vipers are selling like hotcakes to. so ill just keep waiting haha

I ordered my 16" about 10 days ago and was told they were about 4 weeks out then. Hopefully by the end of the month.

For the ones that have ordered barrels through AA are the charging your credit card at time of order or when they ship?

I have 20" and 24" barrels on the lathe again now. The sales staff keep wanting to know the delivery dates but it is difficult to give exact times because the day you do is the day the machine drops the spindle bearings or similar. Next on are the 16" and 18" barrels.

Changing the system over to the new profiles slowed up the process but we are coming out of this now.

Well that is about the best answer I've ever seen from the man himself. I cant wait to try out the barrel I know it will be right if it leaves your shop I've heard and seen nothing but good things

I waited on a 16" barrel 8 weeks was told would ship in 2 weeks. finally cancelled the order and went with an 18" Satern / Liberty barrel.
I live in Va about 20 minutes from AA. The other thing I was told from local dealers that handle AA uppers and accessories that they take orders and wait til they get a certain amount of orders before they do a run of barrels. Good luck.

See! that is exactly what happens when you give out delivery dates until the stuff is on the bench due to ship.

The dealer is not correct about how we handle our orders. We have most items in near continuous production cycles especially barrels.

We are seeing increased sales across most products and I believe that demand is again going to spike as we run towards the election. The numbers may be mitigated by the economy and the stinking artificial price of gas and fuel that will yet again cripple the economy.

How many US citizens and we manage to round up this band of f%$#wits to be in charge.
