So I contacted Legacy Sports today expressing my interest in a Howa Mini Action in 6mm ARC. This was the reply.

It seems like one would be able to trim and size Grendel brass to make 6mm ARC cases....

It will take a lot of trimming. I had to trim all of the virgin Hornady 6.5 G brass I use for .243 LBC due to the brass flow from sizing the neck down. Bumping the shoulder down to 6mm ARC will result in more brass flowing up.....

With Hornady running this, they'll price their 6mmARC brass the same as their 6.5 Grendel brass.

I wouldn't hassle with trying to convert Grendel brass by bumping the shoulder back 0.030 and necking down.

It's really not that difficult to do.

My 26 cal wildcat has to be bumped alot and trimmed down a ton.

I believe it's scheduled for the 4th of June, but it is DEFINITELY the 6mmARC announcement. Somebody pointed out the background graphics of the video are barely disguised parts of the letters A-R-C.

So 24” barrel you’ve got 2750 fir speed. What does that give you in a 18” n 20” AR? This looks like the perfect round to complement my 12” Grendel....so a 18”-20” upper!

I think it was guns and ammo that I seen a vid from just a few mints ago saying he was getting 2700 with the match factory ammo from his 20 inch arc.

Looks like Proof Research has em for $950 and Brownells had one listed also. Not crazy about another set of Hornady dies thought. Haven't checked Redding. Hornady Die set #546251 but nobody has em apparently.
