Goals are to build a sub-MOA ar pistol. Currently trying to find a good bang for the buck barrel. Any suggestions for quality upper and lower parts would be appreciated. Not looking to break the bank, also don't want low wait quality.

This is my first build, so I don't know a whole lot about the good bang for the buck parts. Right now I'm concentrating on finding the barrel. If you have any suggestions for good upper and lower parts, I'd appreciate it. Looking to build a 12.5-13" ar pistol with sub-MOA accuracy.
