With the 120gr TSX on top of CFE223 from several 18" Lilja barrel Grendels, we got up to 2561fps with 30.9gr, but I'm not sure I would load that.

That big jump from 2463/2497fps to 2563 appeared to be a significant trend line departure.
2480fps average with 30.3gr under the 120gr TSX equates to 2529fps with the 115gr TAC-TX, assuming the proportionality of bearing surface and construction/weight resistance scales from the 120gr TSX to the 115gr TAC-TX.
From a 20" with the 115gr TAC-TX on 30.3gr of CFE223, I would expect around 2574fps +/- 50fps, barrel/primer/brass-dependent.
From a 12.5", I would expect 2360fps +/- 50fps.
Even from a 12.5" at 2360fps, you have more than enough expansion out to 500yds, which is beyond what most people would even shoot with their typical 22"-24" barrel hunting rifles.
With the 12.5" Grendel and the 115gr TAC-TX at 2360fps mv, you have:
There is still 500fps past that for expansion if their 1400fps floor is accurate. Since they used the metallurgy from the .300 Whisper VOR-TX ammo, I don't doubt them on that.

I just got back from my range with both the new 115 Tac-tx and some Federal 130 bergers down the pipe.
I have some pics but will post them later, my back has been bothering me all day so I'm not moving very fast...
So. Using my RAP mounted in the Mdt Lss-xl for the Grr. And a 4-14x44 PA ffp scope, Arc-2-moa.
Both sets, 4 shots indoors 100 yd, temp idk about 72*.
115 Tac-tx:

Once I figured out I was still 3" high on my zero and re-zeroed, these 2 were POI pretty much the same as my factory 123 sst's and 123 Hdy match (Eldms).
This is a 22" barrel.
From eyeballing the target results with the mgspd off, they both look to be <1"/100, the Bergers maybe even better. So the limiting factor is probably the trigger-puller.

Ordered them from a local gun store. I also talked to Ryan at Barnes last week. He said they had load info there at Barnes, but I didn't get it from him then. I sent them an email today asking for the load data. I will let you know what it is when I get it. I suspect that it's about the same as for the 120 TTSX, but just a bit hotter. Just speculating now until I hear from Ryan, but I will probably make up seven loads of 4-rounds each using H335, RL15 and IMR 8028 XBR. I'll probably hear from them tomorrow and will post it here.
but w/ a magnifying glass I see the first part of the first band right above the case. Thought at first it might have been a cannelure but no serrations in view - so, relief band.

I am 99% sure they are a BT bullet. I will ask them where they got them when I pick them up later in the week. May even be here tomorrow.
Just got the info for the 115 grain TAC-TX BT from Chase at Barnes. The bullet has a BC of .387 and an OAL of 2.185". The four powders I have on hand are:
IMR 8208 XBR 24.4 (2264) to 27.1c (2498)
RL 15 24.3 (2279) to 27.0c (2511)
H335 25.2 (2279) to 28.0c (2519)
CFE 223* 27.5 (2350) to 31.0c (2660)
but I do have info on A-2460, X-Terminator, PP 1200-R and Benchmark if anyone wants it.

24". When I get the bullets, I'll make up six strings of four bullets each at half-grain increments with all four powders I have. There goes the entire 100 round supply! :-)
GF, thanks much for pix. Does the black tip on this 115 TAC-TX seem slightly larger than the blue tip on the 100 TTSX? If so, that's a good thing. Should lower the expansion velocity.
Also -- just eyeballing it -- looks like Barnes is loading their 115 TAC-TX to a shorter-than-necessary Cartridge Overall Length (COL).
