First blood with the Grendel. Was about 30 yard shot and she ran another 25. Could not have been happier with the performance. Would have liked a bigger deer, but after 4 days without a trace and only 2 days left to fill this tag, I wasn't going to be picky.
I hunted with the 100gr TTSX for the first time last week. The deer I shot ran 25 yards also, then dropped dead. I did not recover the bullet because it was a through and through shot, but it definitely did its job effectively.

congrats Labrat- my first hunt wknd this year- my sidekick shot same size deer. Is what it is. Try braising a whole leg for a family meal. Yummm. Oven based .

I shot also five deers in this season, TTSX 100grain bullets, usully run to hit 30-50meters and dead. I love it's, blood coming out and marks are really qood in land.

I have 22" JP-rifle barrels, what are little bit shorter and made new muzzle thread and crown. I am not happy this barrel accuracy, but little bit better what that are coming factory. Barnes accuracy is this barrel about Moa, and best what I get hbbt bullets is half MOA, usually 3/4. This time I "Grendelised" 13 deers this seasons, total are 28. Deer seasons are left 18 days and some deer must to be kill.
Today I get speer 120grain gold dot bullets, that must to be test later.
