Archery season begins mid. October and gun season runs mid November to the end of January. As far as I know the rut has always been in January here due to the genetics of the does. The warm weather has made some of the deer movement at night I think. See my reply a few posts up for more info.

Hey, whats the details on your 100 ttsx load? If you dont mind sharing, Ill be loading some up tonight for my 16" gun

My current load with the 100 TTSX is 30gr of H335 in Hornady brass with Rem 7.5 primer. This load gives 2775 fps out of my 20" barrel. Current game count with this load is 2 pronghorn, 12 whitetail deer, and 1 coyote.... 30 to 300+ yds.....no complaints.

As an aside I have some rounds loaded with the 100 TTSX and XBR 8208, but I have not been to the range to test them.

I just loaded a few sets of 100 TTSX with 8208, hoping to try them out tomorrow after work in my 16"
