Best .264 bullet for deer

For the 6.5 Grendel I think it would be the Barnes 100gr TTSX. For bigger .264 cartridges, I would choose a heavier bullet. You need to match the bullet to the particular cartridge.

The most accuracte 120gr class hunting bullet in my Grendel.

So far the 120 Sierra Pro-Hunter and the 120 Nolser BT shoot good for me. Either one I'd be confindent with deer.

I use 120 gr Nosler BT's.. So far 4 deer.. none went more than 10 yds most dropped in their tracks ..Longest was 437 Yds

120 gr nosler BT - 13 deer
100 gr Barnes TTSX - 7 deer and 2 pronghorn
Put either of these in the right spot, and you are good to go.

I would also bet that the 100 NBT, 100 N Partition, would work great on deer, but I have only shot paper with them.

The deer in my parts (plentyful but small) need nothing more than 100 NBT's. Put one down this weekend in her tracks. Works good on vermin too.

My most accurate in my gun is the Barnes 120gr. TTSX. The nosler 120gr. Acc. Is second. As far as game killing I would put them on even keel. I've gotten good results on both hogs and deer. But to be honest, I tend to favor the Barnes.
