Why doesnt any u. S. Manufactures make a reflex suppressor as it is my understanding that we cant order one from across the pond the reason I want to try one is to keep my upcoming sbr build as short as possible I mean whats the point of paying $200 for a tax stamp for a sbr then hang an 8 -10" can on the end .
If I'm wrong about the import laws or there is a U.S. supplier please let me know

you won't have much room to reflex on a short barrel but the surefire legacy cans were reflex and the OSS cans also have some reflex options

There are US manufacturers of both reflex suppressors and integral suppressors. They pop up from time to time in articles. Bob Reynolds was building them under the Templar Custom label. (He built a white Beowulf that the NRA gifted to Sarah Palin in 2009 after the election.) I haven't looked to see if he is still in business.

Bob is still operating. He does good work and stands behind his products. I've spent several hours over several conversations with him and he's a busy guy, but always finds the time to help me with questions I have on different things

Thankyou I will look in to them. I have seen an integral suppressed ar15 upper but it was 5.56 only but that was a year ago that I saw it so they may have more options now

Unless I missed them I just looked at both of those companies websites and neither of them have what im looking for, I want itto come allthe way back to the gasblock ans only about 4-5" past the muzzle

There are new suppressors that are under 7". Griffon suppressor that's reflex is called the RSTA I believe. OSS cans are pretty expensive and some like them but most don't like'em.

The Rugged Razor 6.4" strong, DeadAir Sandman-S 6.8"? You can go shorter or a tad longer. I really don't see the need in the reflex can on a sbr since from my research when looking for a can they are heavier. If this was a SPR'ish type build then I'd consider it. Allen engineering have them too, built like tanks.

The reason I want a reflex style suppressor is I WANT the extra volume that shorty cans dont offer dont care about weight short cans dont have the internal volume of a reflex style still want to keep it under 13"-14" w/ can attached depending on the distance between gas port and muzzle on a 10 1/2 " bbl the allen engineering might work but dont want to pay MEGA BUCKS for an over priced U.S. made can already bought a law folding stock adapter going to use side charger upper (havent figured out witch one yet) and the dolos break down system second gen uses a standard thread upper and yhm (I think ) handguard so budget is almost blowen

Contact ADCO in Ohio, they have alot of knowledge with the Allen suppressors and they can help you, if that's what you decide to go with. Like collar and barrel profile and which can might be best for your needs. I know there are silencer mfg that will make you a can designed specially for your needs. Just can't think of them at the moment.

Was also thinking about one style of reflex can there is no back end it slides back over the bbl then you push a rubber cone grommet against the back end just dont know if the grendel has to much pressure to use that system could of sworn I saw a version of it in .308 but as I am not sure of the specific manufacturers name I do know that the company is based in the U.K.
