Need help with new build!

So I decided to do my first AR/Grendel Build and I'm stuck. I've got almost everything I need except the handguard. I have a few pics of what I want but I don't know the manufacturer and I can't for the life of me find it on the Internet anywhere! So I hope you guys here can help me out. Have you tried to ask Eisenbach Arms? I'm sure they would be able to provide that information.
