Seating the scenars deeper will increase the pressure, but we don't know how much in your chamber. The primer jumps the projectile into the lands upon detonation, which then creates your actual burning volume for the powder, which then ignites and starts to "slowly" push the projectile into the lands farther, swaging it into the rifling fully. Somewhere in there, you hit peak pressure, then the pressure subsides as the projectile gets farther down the barrel.
You don't want a situation where you end up pulling a projectile and dumping powder, in addition to the increased peak pressures from a jammed bullet.
If it were mine, I would see how it shoots with the SST's, since it will most likely be accurate. If there are pressure signs, I would stop, and have the chamber corrected. Not much point in continuing at that point unless you were a hand-loader with the ability to tailor COL to the chamber by seating deeper than factory loads.
