Well the Politico says that tv host David Gregory will not be charged with ANY crime for having a 30 round AR magazine on his News program.
The Wahington DC Prosecutor REFUSES to prosecute Mr Gregory for any infraction all though he was admitedly guilty.
Now fellas i have to ask myself whatve this had been Sean Hannity or Glenn Beck? Maybe its me but openly refusing to prosecute someone simply because theyre on your side of the issue seems to be mighty convenient and criminal itself, dont you think?

I knew that was going to happen....the hypocrasy is so nauseating since if it was a Conservative, the DA would be salivating and throw every conceivable charge at them....

Let them not prosecute him. Anyone else who is caught with a 30rd magazine can now point to the case precedent of the DA and expect the same treatment, or a legal case for bias will be clear. You can't just pick and choose which unconstitutional laws you want to enforce, and expect to get away with it.

If they charge anyone else for possession of a standard capacity freedom magazine, the accused can now point to a case where they refused to prosecute someone else who displayed one on national television. The DA's office then will be in a position where they have to explain why they are picking and choosing where the law will be applied, which is a no-go, as there is no extra-judicial set of laws that govern this type of criminal behavior by elected officials...or at least they're not teaching it in law school.

David Gregory follows in the footsteps of another Washington hypocrite, Jack Anderson, a rabid anti-gunner -- that one night shot a teenager who was trespassing and swimming in Anderson's backyard pool. The boy and several others where participating in a "game" where they would 'swim' their way thru a neighborhood. Of course he evaded prosecution as well.
