There are supposedly Blue Dog Dems who won't vote for it, and probably a few RINO's who will. This illegitimate criminal regime is pushing hard for disarmament of military-style weapons in the hands of citizens to make it easier for the fundamental transformation of America when the time comes.

They've already seen pushback from the States on Ocommucare, and have suffered defeat after defeat in the Courts, including the Supreme Court. The real long-term nail in the coffin is if/when Hussein gets to appoint another Justice to the SCOTUS.

Depends on who is being replaced. In the next four years, you can count on Ginsburg being replaced. While I would have preferred a conservative to have replaced her, it won't tip the balance.

The next two oldest are Reagan appointees: Scalia and Kennedy. Hopefully they can outlast Obama...

In the end it wont change anything for me personally; Whereas I have always been law abiding citizen ( and would prefer to continue doing so), in this case, i am going to refuse to comply with these laws (and i know that i will not be alone). I simply refuse to submit to these tyrants!
