New Custom Grendel almost finished being built

Hi all. Just joined up and found you all while looking up about Grendel's. I am having a custom built Grendel being built by Tactical Rifles out of Zephyrhills FL. Its a Tactical SPG Rifle. Its coming with a 20" Stainless barrel with an 8 twist, Match two stage trigger with a 3.5lb adjustable trigger. Match grade bolt. Extreme enviroment finish on barrel, action, and exposed metalwork, all Matt Black. Its got a Ambisure grip, ARMS rifle length picatinny forend, A3 Flat-top Picatinny upper receiver, a magpul precision rifle stock.

The options i have gotten are a Nightforce NXS 2.5-10X32 Calibrated Velocity Illuminated Reticle, GG&G FLT quick detatchable one piece mount, back up front and rear sights(included),Surefire MB762ssal/re suppressor adapter, two 24 round magazines, an extra 17 round magazine, a Hardigg case with custom fitted foam interior.

I will post a picture when it gets in. Hopefully by the 22nd of July.

I will be looking for any inputs from shooting to hunting, any helpful things to help me get the full use out of my Grendel. Its been two years in my getting it, i just cant believe its almost in my hand.

graywolf: well I'm sure you are excited to get your SPG so I'm not going to rain on your parade. Maybe you read my thread that LRRPF52 mentioned above, maybe you didn't, either way form your own opinion. I'm sure you will be happy with the rifle, mine turned out excellent but I am still trying to sell it. If a company treats me like shit then I want nothing to do with their product, regardless of rifle performance or 2+ year wait. Hey Colt. Just to let you know, Stacy is no longer there. The reason it has taken so long for me to get my rifle is after i ordered it, me and my wife separated, which put a hold on my purchase of the rifle. They have worked with me for the two years until i could pay the rifle off. They said that the rifle would be done by the 20th of July. I am hoping that they will finish the rifle by the 20th. I do understand your fustration on the problems you had with them and if it werent for the fact they have worked with me durring my time of crisis till now, I would probably have had second thoughts. We shall see what happens. Thanks for leting me know what problems you have had with them and i will ask further questions from this site to get better info in the future.
