The 2 nubs that hold the roll pin for the bolt catch/release. I'd have to tear my gun apart to show you wear.
The bad lever and it's clones WILL sit Cockeyed when you use them enough. That rubs the steel against the ears/nubs when used. I single feed at matches, and use it a minimum 44x a match and every practice. That's like 44 mag changes equivilent a day (minimum), 4x a week. Wear is accelerated in my use.

My friend built a 308 and didn't like the play he had with his BAD lever and shimmed it too. Using the cheap feeler gauge for shims was a good idea..

I was going to just buy the shims, then I totaled what I wanted and yea. I have amazon prime so next day a set of feeler gauges I would cut up as stainless shim stock was in hand. A strip of tape covering the desired shim taped to a 2x4 and a drill to get the holes, scissors to cut to size. Whack it flat and install. Cost $6 total and only took 5 min to make using simple tools.

So what is being shimmed is the space to the left and right of the phase 5 lever between the edge of the lever and inside edge of the roll pin holder

In my experience, a decent barrel fitted to a decent upper, good trigger, and a decent optic should work (others stated the same thing).
I have had nothing but good luck with Odin Works barrels. I've fitted up a half dozen at least but I haven't used one in 6.5 Grendel. For the last couple years I've used stainless steel shim stock to fit the barrels to the uppers. If you use an upper that is known to be snug then you're ahead already (BCM, AA, JP are some examples). I always use a heat gun on the upper to help the fit up. The barrels have to be tapped out after I'm done. I buy the SS shim stock from McMaster-Carr in a roll (I have a box of .001" and .0015").
I've switched to Triggertech Adaptable triggers for everything I own but there are so many good triggers out there that work fine. I haven't used one of the LaRue triggers but wouldn't fault that part.
Can't wrap my head around the backwards mount and I'm not familiar with that optic at all. Flip that mount back around and adjust the scope for eye relief (so we don't have a seizure here). I don't see how the backwards mount is hurting accuracy though but a bad scope can hurt you.
Of all the stuff you've mentioned I'd look at the barrel fitted up tight, scope, then make sure nothing is touching that tight barrel, and hold that gun when shooting it.
These little guns can shoot very well in my experience so don't rule yourself out here. I do not shoot an AR like I shoot my benchrest rifles and I don't even shoot them at the same time (two different critters). I can and do use little contact shooting heavy boltguns but this will cause an AR to not be a happy gun. It can turn a MOA capable rifle into a 2-3 MOA gun.

I had someone else shoot it and got similar results.
Odin said they could take the barrel and inspect for defects but they have no guarantee for accuracy.
I have a 16in .223 upper with a noveske N4 barrel and can do great things with it with a 5x scope.
I did buy a lapping tool to check the upper and will bed it with green loctite, but I think the pistol barrel project isnt going to a priority since the ATF reinterpretation of what a pistol is should be hitting in the next 30 days

Shooting 5.56/.223 for groups is a lot easier, especially as the gun gets heavier.
You can get away with free-recoiling 5.56 AR-15s that are heavy in some cases. Not so with AR-10s or AR-15s chambered in something bigger than a 6mm.

So I am still not seeing the wear. For reference I also single feed this gun whenever I am out shooting practicing. This gun has over 1500 rounds through it, all with the bad lever and nearly all single fed. The only time it hasn't been single fed is when predator hunting.
I don't see any wear. Yes there is some play, but that play is there with or without the bad lever, and it's not to the point that the lever is touching anything.

If you really want to shoot for accuracy regardless of bolt action, lever, pump, single shot or semi...............................shoot off sand bags and stay away from sleds and the like.
As others have stated..................... barrel, receiver & trigger are the main players in accuracy. But if that scope isn't where it comfortably needs to be for you, it will show on paper.
Barrels, regardless of make or caliber can be fussy with what you put in their chamber. Especially on a new(er) build. OAL, bullet, bullet grain, powder, etc all play a role. The better the barrel quality, the less finicky the role the ammo plays.
Bad barrel manufacturers make bad barrels consistantly. Good barrel manufacturers make bad barrels infreaquently but, it can happen. I like Oden's barrels but it doesn't mean you may not have an issue.

I noticed your post from a year ago regarding your Grendel pistol's accuracy. Building a pistol with all those components is quite the endeavor, and achieving accuracy can be a rewarding challenge.
It's interesting that Odin Works mentioned their lack of guarantee on accuracy for the short Grendel barrel. Sometimes, these specific factors can play a big role in accuracy outcomes.
For anyone still exploring firearm improvements, platforms like US Patriot Armory might offer valuable insights through their pistol build kits. Remember, the journey to accuracy is often a process of trial and error, but it's all part of the fun in refining your setup.
