9MM Upper

Wondering if any of the horde have any experience with 9mm upper conversions.
I have a couple of lowers gathering dust and would like to make one into 9mm rifle
or possibly a pistol.
Rainier Arms currently has a barrel sale going on that includes a free BCG and i guess
that is what started this.
Does anyone have a preferred magwell adapter, is the PSA one any good.
What buffer system is best.. Thanks for your help.
