Bag rider to improve accuracy

After watching this vid. from Mark and Sam after work, (at around the 13 min. mark)

It makes a lot of sense to me to get/make a bag rider.
Those that have a before and after story please share your results!
Also, recommendations of products that have served you well.

If your stocks has a flat edge then a bag rider isn't needed. Just put your rear bag under the flat section.

I'm using a Magpul moe stock which has about 3/4 inch flat spot at the bottom end so under recoil it will move/slide on the 45 degree angled part, much like in the Mark and Sam vid. causing the muzzle to move up.
A similar if to a less degree situation with the RAP stock.

Been wanting to do a bag rider for some time, biggest hurdle was how to mount without drilling holes ect. which kept me back. Then had an ahh ha moment of using the QD hole and the lower sling slot to stabilize it, made a rider from some scrap aluminum. All I can say is with this rider the rifle seems to be very stable, shirley this will benefit in smaller groups removing the human factor.
