Looking at getting a 1500 and oryx chassis, is there anyway to use aics mags, or am I stuck with the expensive 5 round howa mags?

my understanding... IIRC I thought mdt said the oryx is fit up for the howa mags... so you might have only the 1 choice...

Thats what Im seeing.

Thats the only downside with these rifles.

I just put my Howa Mini Action 6.5 Grendel in an Oryx chassis and fired 40 rounds today. This chassis will only work with the Howa magazines. But they do work very well. The magazines snap in with a positive click and feed perfectly. Single loading works very easy also. I like the added weight for bench shooting.
