Rattle Can Camoflage Patterns

Here is my 300 Blk out. I used a natural spung after a base coat of FDE.

Proof of concept:



A bit light due to the flash. The tan and green are actually a lot darker than in the pictures. I need to get it dirty and see how it looks from a distance. My guess is it will look like a blur, kind of like how rattlesnakes blend in with their angular patterns.


And it's just a minute with a rattle can to fix

Wow! Now that's a one of a kind. looks good and hopefully checks out at distance without being overly blending up close. You gotta be careful not to lose your rifle if you ever set it down or lean it against a tree once you rattle camo it! It took me nearly a minute of scanning to find mine once and it was within 20 ft of my climber.

Now it's subdued. I like it better this way.

Not a gun, but a welding hood I just did. All my rifles, including my Grendel build will get the same pattern, just in duracoat. It's very close to multicam, but I should have used less of the dark colors. I traced and cut my own vinyl stencils for this. It's a test run. I'm going to rattle can my mosin stock and then if Im happy with the results I'll start duracoating the other guns.
