This is just another step in the Bloomberg plan to ban everything. The House of Representatives bill introduced December 15, 2015 would ban almost every semi-automatic firearm in existence. Many states have had legislation introduced(this year) that would do the same. Bloomberg $$$ are being poured into newspapers and local TV stations. Haven't you noticed the increase in old footage (of mass shootings) on the evening news. In Albuquerque the empty headed news faces bring some gun related criticism up almost nightly.
We ALL need to counter this with constant "letters to the editor" letters, telephone calls, e-mails and visits to our representatives. This is not the time to go to sleep on this issue.

AWB in Georgia? Not gonna happen. They may be safe in their districts for the time being, but they certainly won't be getting co-sponsors from the rest of the State. They should have to take a urinalysis and IQ test before they are allowed near the State Capitol building ever again in my opinion.

it is truuly amazing to me that these supposed to be educated people were voted into office and actually believe that this is the way to handle gun violence. unreal. these people cannot be in touch with real true to life reality and have no idea what they are doing. UNLESS thier actual goal is to eventually fully disarm everybody and i really dont think any of them at the georgia level have really thought that far ahead. this is a chess game for bloomberg and he and his level of players ARE thinking that far ahead. they know or should know that they wont see the end of the game but are willing to play the moves they think are needed to win the game for their type in the future. its a slow game played years at a time. their moves are endless and slow while our plan is simple, stop every move they try to make.

Unfortunately, Georgia will be a Blue State in a matter of years. I am a "born and raised" Georgian and lived here most of my life (when not away on MIL business). Georgia is being assimilated into a "Blue State" by legal immigration from the North and illegal immigration from everywhere. Atlanta is a magnet for this "immigration" as eventually there will be so many "Blue" voters in Atlanta that they will overwhelm the voters of the rest of the state. All the urban areas in GA are going "Blue". Same situation as to what is happening to Europe but on a slower scale - GA is losing its culture. We should have never built that damn big airport.
