New ATF Form 1?

I was recently on the AFT website and filling out a "paper" Form 1 to build a suppressor and noticed it was a new form that included in Section 10. Law Enforcement Certification. Anyone know if this applies to NFA Trust owners? I have sent several emails to what I consider respected authorities such as: an NFA Trust company and the American Suppressor Association (ASA). Did they sneak in Rule 41B in the dark of night?

No they haven't put in 41b and no you don't have to worry about that. Go to YouTube and search capital armory they have a video there for reference.
