Kalfornia's new Warningless Weapon Seizure Law goes in effect Jan. 1

It sez here that if someone in your family can convince a Judge that you have a potential for violence, they can seize your weapons for up to 21 days while they put a case together against you.

i am glad i got the **** out of there when i did. Nevada has been way more friendly. i can carry open or concealed (with permit of course), can run a 10 or 20 round mags for hunting and 30-100 or a darn belt of 500 if i feel like it. No bullet button and dont need hearing pro with the addition of the suppressor you cant get in cali!
