Short AR15 SS carbine barrels

I'm in the market for a short barrel, 10.5" to 14.5". I've been looking around and haven't found any suppliers yet. Does anyone know where I can find short Grendel barrels?

Precision Firearms will make you one from the different blanks they have b in stock. Lilja I think sells them too, can't think of other places yet. Since everyone still think the Grendel is only for long range punching paper. However that's not the truth, I have a 12.5" barrel from the Lilja barrel group buy that Cory arranged awhile back. Oh some have taken a chrome moly barrel and had it cut down or a JT barrel cut down.

Welcome aboard. 12.5" is probably the optimal SBR length for 6.5 Grendel, as well as 5.56 NATO, since you start dropping a lot of speed once you get below 11.5". These vendors carry and deliver shorter barrels. Lilja usually has many of them in stock covering several different lengths.

Thank you everyone for the replies. I checked out and read a little more about the above companies and think I am going to go with Lilja for this build... and I may have to pick up a 204 barrel from them as well.

I will post back after the Grendel build is complete!
