It was drop shipped directly from Shilen by UPS yesterday and was quite a bit cheaper than Midway.
His next shipment will be in November, just don't wait too long to get on the list.

I too have bought from thebarrelman and he guarantees the lowest prices on shilen tubes. Mine took a while but it was a special Savage drop-in order, so that probably factored in. ymmv
