My name is Chris. I'm new to the 6.5 grendel platform. I'm currently serving as an Infantry Staff Sergeant in the Army. I've been in a little over seven years. I've done two tours overseas, one to Afghanistan for nine months as a SAW/ MK-19 gunner and then tried out for the scout/sniper platoon in 07, then shipped out as a sniper to Iraq from 07-09. I moved up, picked up my own team for the remaining tour then served as an SEO for a few months before coming down on orders to The Old Guard in 2010. I tried out for Continential Color Guard, and I currently serve as an NCOIC for the Nations Foremost Colors team. I'm doing a pretty cool competition in October and I plan on using my Grendel there. Looking forward to picking up a wealth of information here.
