I am particularly fascinated by the Lexan-tipped bullets by BlackHole.

I have had a hiatus in my shooting recently -- a combination of having to scramble to repair fire damage to trees and irrigation system and doing my part of getting Volume 2 of the Grendel Reloading Handbook ready for printing. Most of this work is now completed, which means that I should be able to get back to the range within the next few weeks.

Will post more results later.

No one works in a vacuum really, there's not too much that someone hasn't thought of before. On a whim back then I had necked the case down to 14,17 and 19 as well. It looks kind of silly with a 10 grain .14 bullet sitting in the neck, but at the same time cute.

If I get a chance I'll pull out the heavy .20 VLD's and the 62-64 grain soft points and post some pics in another section.

Glad other folks were crazy enough to toy with this as well, keeps things interesting.
