Alexander Barrell Manufacturer?

Does anybody know who makes their button rifled barrels? I am wondering about an 18" B & B combo. I found an AR-Stoner w/ Bolt elsewhere that is in now. Alexander will be a few weeks/ months....Just wondering about bolt quality and such.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
