ATF Launches 200 Person Raid Operation across multiple locations and States

Not sure what’s going on with this but it’s interesting to see everyone just assuming that whatever the ATF is doing, is likely illegal and unconstitutional.

This is separate from their joint IRS raid in Montana.

19 charged, 3 at large after ATF and DEA raids across Indianapolis by U.S. district attorneys (fox59.com)


[FONT=&quot]INDIANAPOLIS — Federal authorities led an operation Thursday morning where they raided multiple sites around the Indianapolis area.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]During Friday morning’s press conference they confirmed 19 individuals were charged in a series of four federal indictments on drug trafficking and illegal firearm possession charges. Agencies are also searching for three more fugitives they named including; Joaquin Carranza, Jaraughn Bertram and Jordan Sumner. Their mugshots are seen below.

[FONT=&quot]According to court documents and information presented in open court, Jaraughn Bertram and Deondre Perry allegedly led drug trafficking organizations in Central Indiana that trafficked significant quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine from Arizona to Indianapolis, Anderson and Muncie areas. The organizations allegedly possessed and used firearms, including weapons that had been converted into fully automatic firearms to further their drug trafficking activities. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Investigators said much of the fentanyl was manufactured in Mexico by two main drug cartels. Many of the drugs were sent through US mail from Arizona to Central Indiana. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]During this year-long investigation, law enforcement seized the following contraband and proceeds of the alleged criminal activity: [/FONT]

• Over 32.8 kilograms (72.3 pounds) of fentanyl, or over 320,000 fentanyl pills
  
• Over 53.5 kilograms (117.9 pounds) of methamphetamine
  
• Over 205.6 kilograms (453.2 pounds) of marijuana
  
• 113 firearms
  
• 60 machinegun conversion devices
  
• Over $521,000 in cash

Wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that all of the arrested people were planted federal agents. They have a lot to get our attention away from nowadays.

Did a little research on the Indy raid and it seems that the DEA, ATF, IRS, US Attorneys and state and city police agencies have a common office in Indy, which is the only one like this in the nation, just for this purpose. This raid seems to be a yearly deal up there. In 2022 they seemed to be doing raids like this every month.

I'm not saying that the DOJ, FBI, ATF, DEA, and US Attorneys aren't above pulling some crap but this looks to me like this is their normal huge yearly drug raid up in Indy.

One thing I noticed was that they had 60 Glocks with the Glock Switch installed so they were all fully auto. Indiana just passed a law that outlawed the Glock Switch just about a month or so ago.

I’m all for getting fentanyl off the streets, but who wants to bet that ATF fronts sold the Glock Switches to these guys?
